The client has recently migrated to Embedded Linux and is looking for an engineer to help enhance and modernise the platform, improving performance, stability and Real Time capabilities. You'll be responsible for reviewing the existing Linux implementation, enhancing the current architecture, and bringing the platform up to date using modern Embedded Linux best practices. Working closely with hardware and software teams, you'll play a key role in the ongoing evolution of the client's Embedded products. Version control using Git. Experience with API integration and file transfer mechanisms within Embedded systems. Implementation of USB and Bluetooth connectivity solutions. Experience developing features for pushing and synchronising files to cloud platforms. Experience working closely with hardware and firmware engineers throughout the development life cycle. Desirable Experience Commercial experience within the Audio industry or developing Embedded audio solutions.
