Calling all Senior Carers/Team Leaders! Ten90 Recruitment is looking for an experienced Team Leader to work for our clients based in the Kempston/Bedford area We are seeking candidates who can provide person centred support to vulnerable people. Your responsibilities will include the following; Leading and Motivating: Inspiring the team to perform at their best and foster a positive work environment. Setting Goals and Objectives: Clearly defining team goals and breaking them down into actionable steps. Delegating Tasks: Assigning responsibilities based on individual skills and strengths to optimise performance. Training and Development: Providing guidance and support to team members, including training and mentoring. Performance Management: Monitoring team performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing feedback. Communication: Facilitating open communication within the team and with management. Problem-Solving: Addressing challenges and conflicts within the team and finding effective solutions. Quality Control: Ensuring that work is completed to the required standards and deadlines are met. Compliance: Ensuring the team adheres to company policies and procedures To achieve this, we are looking for caring, compassionate and motivated individuals who understand how to deliver high quality care and a great customer service.
