We are seeking a Personal Wellbeing Advisor (Emotional Wellbeing) to join a well-established service supporting vulnerable individuals in the community. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with experience in casework, emotional wellbeing, mental health support , or 1:1 interventions , who is passionate about empowering people to improve their wellbeing, resilience, and life outcomes. This role involves working across Kent , delivering one-to-one emotional wellbeing support , structured interventions, group sessions, and collaborative work with multi-agency partners. You will help individuals build coping strategies, improve resilience, access the right support services, and manage their emotional wellbeing more effectively. Key Responsibilities Provide empathetic, person-centred emotional wellbeing support to service users. Deliver 1:1 and group interventions to help individuals build coping skills, resilience, and self-efficacy. Conduct holistic assessments and develop personalised action plans. Support service users to recognise triggers, manage emotional wellbeing, and avoid risky situations. Encourage and empower individuals to access mental health, therapeutic and wellbeing services. Work collaboratively with Probation Practitioners, partner agencies, and other wellbeing teams. Maintain accurate case records, track outcomes, and meet service delivery targets. Provide advocacy, guidance, and practical help such as completing referral forms and attending appointments. Use digital systems to record casework, update action plans and share information securely. Effectively manage risk concerns and safeguarding issues in line with policy and professional boundaries. Promote equal opportunities, professional conduct, and a trauma-informed, person-centred approach at all times. Essential Skills & Experience Experience supporting people with complex needs, mental health issues, substance misuse, or learning difficulties/disabilities . Experience delivering casework, 1:1 support or interventions . Ability to motivate, empower and build trust with vulnerable individuals. Experience working in multi-agency settings and building effective partnerships. Strong interpersonal skills, advocacy abilities and excellent communication (verbal and written). Ability to manage challenging behaviour, de-escalate situations and maintain boundaries. Good digital literacy and ability to maintain accurate records. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet targets. Desirable Experience facilitating group sessions or workshops. Knowledge of mental health, emotional wellbeing, trauma, substance misuse or criminal justice environments. Lived experience relating to the criminal justice system. Adult training qualification (Level 3 AET/PTTLS), PGCE or equivalent. Personal Qualities Emotionally resilient, adaptable and solutions-focused. Non-judgemental, compassionate and committed to supporting vulnerable people. Professional integrity, strong boundaries and respect for safeguarding. A team player who collaborates well within multi-disciplinary environments. Open to feedback, continuous learning and reflective practice. Additional Requirements Able to travel across Ashford, Ramsgate, Folkestone and Tunbridge Wells. Right to work in the UK. Enhanced DBS (preferably on the Update Service). Security clearance (or willingness to obtain).

Our client work with schools, colleges, leisure centres and emergency services through the UK. They carry out indoor and outdooor inspections on indoor/outdoor play installations and also supply sports and PT Equipment. Due to expansion they are looking for a new Technician to join the team, experience is preferred but not essential as they are able to provide a personalised training plan for the right candidate. The work will be mostly remote covering Oxfordshire/Berkshire/London and surrounding areas. You will be servicing, maintaining and repairing indoor/outdoor sports equipment. Please not the role does require working away from home occasionally. You must have great customer service skills. Ability to work either as a team or with your own initiative. Must be efficient and organised and have reasonable computer skills and willing to learn. A friendly & flexible outlook with a willingness to go the extra mile for the team and our customers is key to being successful in this role.
