Your Responsibilities Deliver outstanding care, ensuring every child achieves positive outcomes. Lead and inspire your team, creating a therapeutic and supportive culture. Manage the homes daily operations, including service planning and development. Oversee budgets and financial performance. Ensure compliance with safeguarding requirements and relevant legislation. Collaborate with professionals to develop tailored care plans for each child. Qualifications: Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards it). Strong knowledge of safeguarding and childrens legislation. Proven leadership skills with a proactive, hands-on approach. Experience managing budgets effectively. A full UK driving licence. Flexibility to work on-call when required.
