Grounds Maintenance Operatives The main purpose of this role is to provide an effective grounds maintenance service. Our client is looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative for their grounds maintenance team in Bromley covering commercial sites and Industrial sites across South side of London. The Opportunity Full time, 40 Hours per week ( 7.30 am to 4.00pm ) Monday to Friday plus overtime Work outdoors and contribute to the maintenance of open spaces and the care of green spaces. Duties may include driving van. Experience in grounds maintenance and PA1/PA6 preferred but not essential The Person Previous experience of Grounds Maintenance skills and van driving Must hold a full UK driving license Must have safety shoes Rate of Pay: £13.50 - £14.50 per hour depending on experience This could be a temp to perm position. Immediate start and paid weekly.

Non - PCV Shunter We are looking for a number of Shunter Driver for one of our client s Bus Depot. You will be required to operate and drive around buses within the Depot area. Basic Duties: Drive the buses through the depot and park as per parking plan Fuelling and cleaning Buses. Maintain Company standards and ensure that all records are maintained correctly To fully understand and comply with all company and statutory relating to hours of work, health & safety, and working practices, abide by all company working policies and procedures Any other duties as instructed by the Depot Management. Requirements: Must be flexible. A full UK Driving Licence is essential. Must have experience in shunting Safety Shoes and Hi-Viz On the job training can be provided. You will be working from 6.00pm to 2.00am (between Monday to Sunday) 6/7 days as per weekly rota. Rates of Pay: £14.80 per hour Immediate Start and paid Weekly. This could be a temp to perm position

Role: Bus Cleaner We are looking for a number of Bus Cleaners to work for one of our client s Bus Depot. . Basic Duties: Cleaning Buses and Depot area Ideally with bus cleaning experience or Retail / Commercial Cleaning but training will be given. You will be required to clean buses/coaches - sweep , mop, wipe down all surfaces, clean out the drivers cabin, remove marks on windows, Deep Clean, Dust etc. Must have safety shoes but hi vis can be provided Maintain Company standards and ensure that all records are maintained correctly Any other duties as instructed by the Depot Management. Requirement: Must be flexible and hard working. Must be able to speak good English Shift Hours: 8.00pm to 3.00am Must be available 5 days a week including Saturday and Sunday as we operate 7days a week. Rates of Pay : £12.71 Per hour Immediate start and paid weekly.

PCV Shunter Driver We are looking for a number of Shunter Driver for one of our client s Bus Depot. You will be required to operate and drive around buses in and out of Depot and across the street to the Bus Yard. Basic Duties: Drive the buses through the depot and park as per parking plan Maintain Company standards and ensure that all records are maintained correctly Complete all associated paperwork To fully understand and comply with all company and statutory relating to hours of work, health & safety, and working practices, abide by all company working policies and procedures Any other duties as instructed by the Depot Management. Requirements: Must be flexible. A full UK Driving Licence is essential. Must have PCV Shunter licence Safety shoes and Hiviz On the job training can be provided. You will be working from 7.00pm to 3.00am (between Monday to Sunday) working 5 days per week. Rates of Pay: £14.50 per hour Immediate Start and paid Weekly. This could be a temp to perm position.
