The Role

As our Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing project costs from tender to final account
• Preparing valuations, variations, and cost reports
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and site teams
• Ensuring accurate forecasting and budget control
• Supporting procurement and contract administration

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within construction
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., degree in Quantity Surveying or similar)
