Are you a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer ready to take ownership of exciting healthcare and defence projects?
A leading building services consultancy is looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join their office-based team in Woking. You'll design, lead, and deliver complex mechanical services across high-profile projects, working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams from survey through to handover.

Key Responsibilities
Design HVAC, hot and cold water, and drainage systems
Lead client and design team meetings
Review IES thermal models and produce accurate specifications
Carry out site surveys, CAPEX reports, and asset appraisals
Support feasibility studies, budgeting, Part L and BREEAM inputs
What They're Looking For
HNC/HND or degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering
Building services design experience with knowledge of UK regulations, British Standards, HTMs, and HBNs
Experience in healthcare projects highly advantageous
Proficient in IES with strong problem-solving and communication skills
Full UK driving licence and ability to travel nationwide
