Due to continuing growth, our client is looking to strengthen their team with a Senior Property Manager, tasked with caring for a few medium-large developments (circa 700 units) and being involved with managing their team of 35 and growing. They are on the lookout for someone who enjoys property management and wants to be given the breathing space to provide an excellent service, rather than being overloaded with thousands of units. They need someone with at least 5 years of prior experience as a Block Property Manager, preferably large estates and high-rise buildings and those with previous/ongoing cladding remediation too.
