Job Description

Production Operatives Immediate Start

Location: Minehead

Salary:

  • £12.21 per hour (Monday to Friday)

  • £16.24 per hour (Saturday overtime after 39 hours)

  • £18.32 per hour (Sunday overtime)

Hours of Work:

  • Monday to Thursday: 08 00

  • Friday: 08 30

  • 30-minute break each day

About the Role:

Interaction Recruitment are recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established team in Minehead. No previous experience is required full, paid training will be provided.

You ll be responsible for the production and measuring of metal lengths used in bespoke products. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential for full-time employment following a qualifying period.

Requirements:

  • Willingness to learn no prior experience needed

  • Reliability and good attention to detail

  • Ability to work full shift patterns as outlined
