Are you an experienced conveyancer with a passion for delivering a seamless client experience? We are looking for a proactive and detail driven professional to take ownership of a varied residential caseload, guiding clients confidently through every stage of their property journey

You will handle a full range of residential transactions from sales and purchases to remortgages and transfers while working within a supportive, close-knit team that values collaboration, efficiency and client care. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion
  • Handle a variety of transactions including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build matters
  • Carry out title investigations, draft and review contracts and raise and respond to enquiries
  • Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, estate agents and other solicitors to ensure a smooth transaction process
  • Maintain accurate and compliant records throughout each file
  • Keep clients informed with clarity and professionalism at every stage
  • Support and mentor junior team members when required

About You:

  • Qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive CILEx
  • At least 2 years post qualification experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently
  • Sound understanding of conveyancing law, SDLT requirements and Land Registry procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills
  • Confident communicator who builds trust and rapport easily
  • Experienced with case management systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • A proactive problem solver with a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience
