Product Governance Manager

Our client is a leading wealth management firm who are seeking an experienced Product Governance Manager to support the ongoing development of their product and proposition oversight framework across a wide range of investment and protection solutions.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Support the ongoing development of their product and proposition oversight framework across a wide range of investment and protection solutions.
• Work closely with colleagues across compliance, operations, advice, and leadership to ensure strong governance and effective decision-making.
• Contribute to the evaluation and integration of newly acquired businesses, ensuring consistency of standards and alignment with the firm's expectations.
• Provide structured analysis, insight, and challenge to ensure the products and services they offer remain suitable, competitive, and in line with client needs.
• Help maintain the documentation and reporting that underpins their commitment to robust oversight and continuous improvement.

Do you have the following to apply?

• Has experience in a regulated financial services environment, ideally involving governance, oversight, or product review.
• Knowledge of retail investment and protection products, including specialist solutions such as VCT, EIS, BPR, mortgages, and annuities.
