Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid 3 days office / 2 days home)

Salary: £38,000 £40,000 + Bonus + Benefits

The Role SJC Partners are delighted to be working with a respected regional law firm in Milton Keynes, seeking a talented Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor or CILEX) with around 2 3 years PQE to join their growing property team.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing your own caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, including new builds
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and solicitors throughout each transaction
• Drafting, reviewing and completing contracts, transfers and other legal documents
• Delivering a high standard of client service and contributing to team and firm-wide growth

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with 2 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing
• Confident managing a busy, varied caseload with minimal supervision
• Excellent attention to detail, communication and organisational skills
• Strong client-care approach and ability to work collaboratively
