About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a Plant Operative to join our Kerry Team in Gainsborough, Co. Lincolnshire. It is a full-time, permanent position on continental shift pattern of 2 days (6am-6pm), 2 nights (6pm-6am) and 4 days off. You will be responsible for working as part of a team on rotational shifts on varying production lines, to ensure your designated area delivers against its KPI's. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience as a Productive Operative, Line Operative, Factory Operative, or similar roles, especially in a food manufacturing environment.
