Internal Sales Representative
Location: Willenhall
Salary: £25,000 per annum + Commission
We re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Internal Sales Representative to join a friendly and growing team based in Willenhall. This is an exciting time to come on board as the business expands into new markets.
You ll play a key role in building relationships with new and existing customers, following up on marketing campaigns, and helping to drive sales growth while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact new and existing customers to promote products and services.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Follow up on marketing campaigns and leads to identify opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of customer activity and sales progress.
Work collaboratively with colleagues in sales, marketing, and administration.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
About You:
Confident, friendly communicator with a positive attitude.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a genuine passion for sales and service.
Organised and detail-focused with strong time management skills.
Able to work independently as well as part of a close-knit team.
Previous experience in internal sales, telesales, or account management is preferred.
What s on Offer:
Salary: £25,000 + commission.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm.
Contract Type: 12-week temporary to permanent opportunity, offering long-term stability for the right person.
