We are looking for ambitious, resilient, and driven individuals to join our Liverpool office as Trainee Education Recruitment Consultants. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, building relationships with schools and education professionals across Liverpool and the North West.

How We Support You - The IMPACT Academy

Our Impact Academy provides world-class training designed to help you excel in recruitment.
You will develop skills in:

• Candidate sourcing and interviewing
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Resilience and self-awareness
• Goal setting and motivation
• Psychology in sales and communication

Your Responsibilities

During your first 6-9 months:

• Source and interview candidates for temporary and permanent roles
• Write professional CV profiles for client marketing
• Collaborate closely with your sales team to increase candidate placements
• Meet weekly performance and KPI targets

As you advance into sales:

• Manage client relationships and develop new business
• Negotiate margins and contracts
• Maintain safeguarding and compliance standards
• Handle challenging conversations with professionalism
• Deliver outstanding service and effective time management

Who We're Looking For

• Graduate (with work experience) or non-graduate with relevant experience
• Background in sales, recruitment, hospitality, education, or other fast-paced, target-driven roles
• Consistent employment history that shows growth and reliability
• Excellent English communication skills
• Resilient, driven, and ambitious individual
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered)

Our Hiring Process

3. First stage interview with a Team Manager
