Experience required for a Quality Assurance operative

• Previous experience working within a food production environment
• Previous experience dealing with external pest control audits
• Previous experience dealing with microbiological and chemical testing
• previous experience maintaining the upkeep of food safety and quality manual to meet the legal, company and certification bodies standards and requirements.

Duties required for a Quality Assurance Operative

• Working within a chilled environment
• Understanding of food safety
• Assisting with day-to-day tasks including the upkeep of the food safety and quality manual
• Arranging and overseeing all microbiological and chemical testing
• Overseeing and verifying all routine quality check
• Verifying all external pest control audits
