Location: Market Drayton

Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (Days & Nights)

Salary: Starting at £31,079, rising to £33,906 with training

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of our UK Manufacturing Operation, where you'll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards - efficiently and safely.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate manufacturing machinery in line with procedures
• Take a proactive approach to Health & Safety
• Support the business in meeting statutory duties
• Achieve line/plant targets and minimise waste
• Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards
• Perform basic routine maintenance (mechanical aptitude essential)
• Identify and escalate quality concerns
• Troubleshoot faults and take corrective action
• Be flexible with work arrangements

What We're Looking For

• Experience in production machinery and technical processing (ideally in food manufacturing)
• Basic Food Hygiene and Health & Safety knowledge
• Mechanical Handling Equipment experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude (essential)
• Team player with good communication skills
