This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious graduate to join a business that truly invests in its people. The company offers an industry-leading training and development programme designed to accelerate career progression within financial services. In their meritocratic environment, high performers thrive - and development is firmly in the individual's hands.

Comprehensive in-house training is provided, led by a dedicated sales trainer, ensuring you develop exceptional customer-focused sales skills and the confidence to succeed. With ongoing investment in people and infrastructure, this is an exciting time to join the business and build a long-term career.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • A coachable attitude and a strong desire to learn and develop
  • Target-driven with a competitive, resilient mindset
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving workplace
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and a positive team player
  • Able to attend the West London office five days per week
  • A recent graduate (strong academics desirable but not essential)

What's on Offer

  • £27,500 starting salary with £32,500 OTE, rising to £32,500 (£40,000 OTE) within 9-12 months upon promotion
  • Modern office with premium facilities including a gym, café, communal bar, and city views
  • Full support from an in-house sales trainer and structured progression pathway
  • A vibrant, collaborative office culture with regular social events and team nights out
  • Comprehensive benefits package including pension, medical cash plan, life insurance, cycle-to-work scheme, and long-service rewards
