An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employee Benefits Administrator to join a forward-thinking consultancy in Norwich.

You'll join a supportive and motivated team, working closely with Consultants and Advisers to deliver high-quality client service and ensure smooth administration of a broad range of employee benefits and financial planning solutions.
The opportunity
You'll play a pivotal role in supporting Consultants and Advisers across all aspects of client service. This is a varied role offering exposure to group pensions, employee benefits, and other key financial products. You'll gain experience across multiple client schemes and have the chance to contribute to improving internal processes and systems.

Up to £32,500 DOE, Monday-Friday, 9-5. Office-based during probation, with potential for 1 day WFH thereafter.
