A281 Digital Content Creator (Social media & Digital marketing)

Salary: SCP 26-28, currently £37,280 - £39,152 gross per annum (pro-rata)

Hours: 37 per week, Permanent

Closing date: Monday 10th November 2025 at 4.00pm.

Established in 1978 and working with our partners in government, we have transformed affordable housing across Northern Ireland. Our vision is to use our expertise in affordable home ownership solutions to provide as many eligible households as we can with an opportunity to own their own home. Our mission is to build on the 30,000 affordable homes we have already provided through Co-Ownership and develop new and innovative products in response to the changing demands within the market as a result of economic changes.

We wish to appoint a Digital Content Creator who will work as part of a collaborative and diverse Marketing Team. They will have creative flair with an eye for detail and work with other teams across the business to develop digital content.

They will produce engaging, high-quality content to inform our stakeholders, helping them to understand the work of Co-Ownership.

Essential Criteria:

  • A degree or 3rd level qualification in a relevant field such as: (1) Marketing or Digital Marketing, (2) Communications, (3) Graphic Design or Visual Communication AND a minimum of 3 years' experience of content creation, managing social media platforms and digital advertising OR a minimum of 5 years' experience without qualification.
  • Experience working in the communications, marketing and/or digital function of an organisation.
  • Experience of content creation, managing social media platforms and digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (Cap Cut or similar).
  • Experience and proficient in Canva.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, emerging trends and video-first content strategies.
