Experience of working to an accredited quality standard such as BRCGS, ISO9001, or ISO22000 Ideally you will have Level 2 HACCP, Level 2 Food Hygiene, and internal auditing. Good IT skills with particular focus on Microsoft Excel and Word. Knowledge of factory processes, HACCP and quality systems, auditing processes, legal requirements, traceability systems, and audit trails. Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities and co-ordinate workload to ensure all customers are supported and serviced in accordance with KPI requirements.
