Vacuum Excavation Operative / HGV Drivers Class 2 This position is for an immediate start. The ideal candidate will come with previous experience in driving Skip, Grab or Tanker wagons. Each candidate must want to be retrained to become a Vacuum excavator operator. CSCS H&S Card: Essential CPC: Not required CPCS (Vacuum Excavation): Beneficial Industry: Construction, Utilities or Plant hire Training will be given to the successful candidate. Must be able to stay away from home across Monday to Friday. Accommodation and Night Out allowance is included. Pay rate £16.63 per hour, £24.94 per hour after the 42.5 guaranteed hours per week. All weekend hours paid at £24.94 including shift days. Rates are PAYE, including 28 days paid holidays per year which increases with length of service. Bonus paid of up to £1000 every 6 months. Manpower Driving and Logistics are currently recruiting a Cat C (Class 2) ADR driver on behalf of one of our national clients in the Salford area. As part of your role, you will be completing multi drop deliveries of gas cylinders. The work will be working on a Monday to Friday shift pattern with some Saturdays in busy times. The hours of work will be around the hours of 7am - 5pm. Some overtime is required. No ADR experience is required but you must have your ADR licence in class 2 in tanks. CPC and digi card are required. New / inexperienced drivers will be considered for the role. In return, you'll benefit from a competitive salary, 28 days annual leave, and a personal dedicated consultant. The role is due to start immediately and will run until around May 2026 when it will be reviewed. For insurance purposes, you should ideally have relevant HGV experience. You must have no more than 6 points on your licence, and no DD or DR convictions in the last year.
