Extensive grazing is practiced when possible with supplementary feed supplied. During winter months a full TMR is supplied while cows are housed in cubicle sheds with tractor scraping. The appointed person will be required to cover most milkings to a very high standard, with plenty of assistance as there are always two people milking.
