Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Bath who are actively seeking to engage a Paralegal within Contentious Probate. What you will be doing: Supporting Partners within the department, you will be tasked with a wide range of duties to include; Dealing with new enquiries and client onboarding Assisting with a number of legal and administrative tasks Providing initial advice to clients via phone, email and video Drafting fee estimates, file opening letters and terms of business Recording client activity / progress on spreadsheets Adhoc duties when required including assisting in the Manager s absence What you will need to succeed: Proven experience in contentious probate desirable but not essential Excellent communication skills as you will be first point of contact for clients The ability to work under pressure with ever changing deadlines First rate IT skills including MS Office (word/outlook and excel) Fast and accurate typing skills What you will receive in return : Competitive salary Monday to Friday full-time (some hybrid available) The chance to work locally and join a supportive, established yet progressive firm Excellent benefits package including generous holiday allowance and health If this role sounds of interest and you would like to be considered, please contact Sarah at Thrive Trowbridge : (url removed) Thrive Group are acting as an employment agency in relationship to this vacancy.
