Role Overview: As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for processing and packing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and quality in every task. MHE (LLOP) training will be provided, and while previous experience with MHE is beneficial, it is not required. Key Responsibilities: Use picking guns and software to retrieve orders efficiently. Pick orders in a timely, target-driven manner. Pack products and wrap pallets. Perform quality checks on all items before dispatch. Operate MHE (LLOP) to pick and transport goods. The Ideal Candidate: Enthusiastic and motivated. Punctual and reliable. Driven to meet targets. Flexible and willing to work different shifts when needed. Good numeracy and literacy skills. Able to work effectively under pressure. Experience with MHE (LLOP) is a plus, but training will be provided. Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative / Order Picker is desirable.
