Housing Repairs Complaints Surveyor required for what will initially be a 3-6 month temporary contract, but is likely to become a fixed term or permanent contract in the future. Hourly pay rate will be based on a yearly salary of 40,777 working 37 hours a week, Monday - Friday. DBS check will be carried out by the client once the successful candidate has been selected. Please disclose any criminal convictions at application stage. This is a mixed role to include office and home working, with visits to tenants' properties. A car driver with their own vehicle is required, and all visits are locally based. A candidate with previous experience working on the tools , in building , construction, repairs or maintenance , coupled with good computer, and organisational skills is required.
