The role involves managing costs effectively within the construction department while ensuring high standards of quality and compliance. Client Details The company is a well-established organisation within the property and construction industry, known for its strong presence in the sector. Description Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and partners. Manage budgets, cost control, valuations, and forecasting. Process subcontractor orders, payments, variations, and reports. Prepare tenders and procure materials in line with company procedures. Monitor cost movements and produce accurate financial reports.
