Upskill key team members on the importance of achieving KPIs and business goals. Support trainees with relevant training materials, assign dedicated trainers, and ensure training documentation is completed. Coach and develop the team to maximize individual potential. People Ensure all employees adhere to Wasabi's uniform standards. Maintain effective communication within the team. Conduct and ensure daily briefings take place. Cascade production, people process, and business updates to the team. Manage and monitor staff performance in line with company policies and procedures. Conduct appraisals and performance reviews, including PDRs for the management team. Recognise and reward PART behaviours and individual achievements.
