Accountabilities Managing site HACCP system To manage and develop the Food Safety and Quality Management System on site ensuring all the QMS documentation is relevant, controlled and meets the requirements of legislation, industry standards, Bakkavor and Customers. To help maintain the Food Safety and Quality Management System on site by updating procedures, overseeing document control, carrying out reviews and filing/archiving technical systems documentation. Completing process and allergen validations/ risk assessments Supporting with factory launches Export systems for outbound Perform all initial process validation studies. Plan and manage ongoing annual validations Undertake project work as directed by the Technical Manager or Quality Assurance Manager designed to understand raw materials or processes to improve product quality and safety.
