Are you a Private Client CILEX or Solicitor (4yrs+) looking for an opportunity which offers some home/remote working and firm Partnership within six months (Locum also considered in the interim) You will be working in picturesque Canterbury overseeing an existing caseload of Wills, Probate/Estate matters, Court of Protection work for the firms Kent and London based clients (some HNW). Some experience with UK and International Tax & off-shore Trusts work would be an advantage (although not essential). Additional Residential Conveyancing experience would be an added bonus (sales/purchases, re-mortgages, RTBs and lease extensions etc.). You will also be supervising a small team of Paralegals/Support staff, there is also the option to work from the firms central London office 1 or 2 days per week (although not compulsory). The firm are offering Partnership to the successful individual within six months of employment along with a generous salary, bonus scheme and profit share.
