Location: Fakenham

Pay Rate: £13.49 per hour (£28,000 per annum)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am 2pm

Monday to Thursday, 14:00 - 00:00

ARC Group is recruiting experienced FLT Drivers to join a well-established warehouse operation in Fakenham. You must hold valid Reach and Counterbalance licences and be confident operating both trucks safely and efficiently.

About the role:

• 80% FLT operation (Reach & Counterbalance)
• 20% general warehouse duties, including:
  • Loading and unloading vehicles
  • Order picking and stock replenishment
  • Pallet wrapping and labelling
  • Operating PPT and assisting with goods in/out
  • Maintaining housekeeping and supporting stock checks

Requirements:

• Valid FLT Reach & Counterbalance licence
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and a good team player
