Your Responsibilities as Chef de Partie

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes with consistency and precision
  • Manage your section efficiently, ensuring a smooth service
  • Contribute to seasonal menu development and special event catering
  • Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards
  • Support and train junior kitchen staff when required
  • Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and wider brigade to deliver an exceptional dining experience

About You

  • Proven Chef de Partie experience, or a strong Demi Chef ready to step up
  • Background in high-end hospitality, premium catering, or contract catering preferred
  • Confident with modern cooking techniques and kitchen operations
  • Excellent communication and teamworking skills
  • High standards of organisation, cleanliness, and attention to detail
  • Genuine passion for delivering nutritious, high-quality meals
  • Food Safety Level 2 required (higher qualifications desirable)
