Banking Project Manager

Contract Role - Banking Project Manager - Glasgow/Hybrid - 12 months initial - Inside IR35

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in IT delivery within banking, FS sector, ideally ServiceNow projects to join a leading banking organisation in Glasgow. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, governance frameworks, and regulatory standards.

This role requires a hands-on, delivery-focused Project Manager who can work effectively with both technical and business teams to drive successful outcomes in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Role Overview:

• Location: Glasgow /Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite (non-negotiable)
• Contract Type: Contract
• Duration: 12 months initial

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering banking or financial services sector projects , ideally ServiceNow projects (implementation, upgrade, or enhancement)
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CMDB ideally
• Excellent project planning, delivery, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks.
• Strong communication, reporting, and leadership skills - able to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams across business and technology domains.
• Familiarity with ITIL, change management, and service delivery principles.
• Project management certification desirable (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile PM).
