The Role

As Assistant Manager, you'll take ownership of a varied client portfolio and deliver high-quality compliance services. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Preparing annual financial statements (statutory accounts, trust accounts, partnerships, sole traders)
  • Acting as the main point of contact for your clients
  • Managing and mentoring junior team members
  • Collaborating across departments to provide a seamless client experience
  • Ensuring all work meets deadlines and regulatory standards

What We're Looking For

  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), or qualified by experience
  • Strong practice background, ideally in business outsourcing or accounts compliance
  • Solid understanding of UK GAAP and proficiency with accounting software
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive, client-focused mindset with a commitment to quality
