  • Managing day-to-day technical operations including disrepair, damp & mould assessments, and insurance-related works
  • Undertaking stock condition surveys, capturing accurate data, estimating lifecycle costs, and feeding asset information into long-term investment planning
  • Inspecting and managing remedial works associated with building safety, including FRA actions and compliance-related programmes
  • Preparing specifications, contract documents, and tender packages for planned and cyclical maintenance programmes
  • Monitoring contractor performance through regular site visits, meetings, and robust documentation
  • Supporting decarbonisation programmes and completing retrofit surveys to help improve energy efficiency across the stock
  • Providing technical advice relating to structural issues, building pathology, disrepair cases, and litigation matters

  • Experience completing stock condition surveys and analysing lifecycle data
  • Expertise diagnosing building defects including damp, mould, structural issues, and disrepair
