Key Responsibilities
Research and identify new leads and support targeted outreach
Plan and deliver marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Produce engaging content for websites, social media, brochures, and case studies
Capture and edit photography and video content
Maintain and optimise website content with SEO best practices
Manage social media scheduling using platforms such as Sprout Social
Coordinate paid digital advertising with external agencies
Support events, community outreach, and client-facing marketing
Draft press releases, email campaigns, and internal communications
Monitor and report on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations
Skills & Experience Required
Experience in a marketing or similar role
Strong copywriting and communication skills
Confident creating content across multiple formats
Understanding of SEO and website management
Experience with social media and digital advertising tools
Photography/videography skills
Strong organisational ability with excellent attention to detail
Able to manage multiple projects independently
Creative, proactive, and comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels
