Contracts Manager / Building Surveyor Opportunity - South England

As an experienced contract management professional, you will work regionally across a tight geographic patch.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the specification, procurement, management, and delivery of a variety of externally-led contracts as part of a wider planned programme of works.
- Specify, produce, and manage programmes of work for cyclical compliance requirements.
- Ensure that work packages are comprehensive in terms of scope, specification, and quality standards.
- Ensure that all work is procured and undertaken in accordance with CDM and all other health & safety requirements.
- Maintain strict financial control of budget lines applicable to your role.
- Carry out inspections to ensure that all works are delivered in accordance with agreed specification and quality standards.
What you'll need to succeed - Qualified to HNC level in a building related discipline, OR, have experience of working in a similar role with a housing association or contractor.
- Knowledge of relevant statutory obligations related to the construction industry.
- Full driving licence.
- Have personal drive, and ambition!
