Trainee Estate Agent
Wallingford
£35k OTE
Are you passionate about property and looking to kick start your career in residential property sales?
Do You have a good knowledge of the Wallingford and Didcot areas? (OX10 OX11 and surrounding villages)
Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Estate Agent to join their Wallingford based team. As a Junior Estate Agent, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, managing property listings, and assisting with property sales
Hrs of work are Monday to Friday 9-5.30 and working one Saturday a month.
You will receive a competitive basic salary with protected earnings while you build up your pipeline. Car expenses will be paid for work-based travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating new business opportunities
- Conducting property valuations and preparing accurate property particulars
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers and managing the sales process
- Providing excellent customer service to clients throughout the entire property transaction
Ideal Candidates will have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills great with people!
- A full UK driving license and own car
- A passion for property and the residential property market
- Good IT skills and the ability to compose good business emails
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience in Property and or sales would be a definite advantage.
