Helpdesk Support Analyst
Location: Camberley
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
Hours: Permanent, 37 hrs/week, Monday to Friday
Our client is an award-winning provider of Cloud Solutions, who specialise in IT Managed Services, Cyber Security, Cloud solutions, and Data & AI to businesses.
They are looking for a Helpdesk Analyst to be the first point of contact for our clients. You'll play a key role in keeping IT systems running smoothly, proactively identifying and resolving incidents, and ensuring that clients get the support they need-quickly and professionally. You'll also help maintain and monitor systems, contributing to continuous service improvement.
