Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with all relevant Health & Safety regulations, QA systems and company procedures. Wear the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times, ensuring it is in good working order. Report any shortfall in PPE to the Foreman immediately. If no action is taken, escalate to your Manager, Supervisor, or Systems Administrator. Carry out daily checks and ensure that any plant or machinery you are instructed to use is properly serviced. Support the Foreman to achieve programme deadlines and ensure works are completed on time. Deliver all landscaping operations to the highest possible standard. Maintain and securely store all tools in your possession. Undertake a range of landscaping duties, including planting trees and shrubs, turfing, seeding, and site preparation, in line with good company practice. Be courteous and professional at all times when dealing with clients or their representatives on site. Carry out any other landscaping duties as required by the company.
