Metal Finisher

Location: Wolverhampton
Shift: AM/PM Rotation

Salary: £15.81 - £18.18 per hour

We re looking for a Metal Finisher to join our high-performing aerospace manufacturing team. If you have an eye for detail, take pride in precision work, and want to contribute to components that keep aircraft flying safely, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

As a Metal Finisher, you ll:

• Perform finishing operations on aerospace components to exact specifications
• Use hand tools and precision measuring equipment (micrometers, verniers, gauges)
• Deburr, polish, and inspect parts for quality and compliance
• Support TPM and EH&S initiatives to maintain a safe, efficient workplace
• Rotate across AM/PM shifts as required

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Experience in metal finishing or a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Reliability, flexibility, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
