Location: Warmley, Bristol
Salary: 38,000 - 40,000 per annum
Hours: 08:30 - 16:30, Monday to Friday
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role
As Customer Service Supervisor, you'll lead a small team and ensure our trade distributor clients receive outstanding service. You'll manage the order process from start to finish, check stock, handle pricing, and oversee accuracy in every transaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support one part-time administrator
- Manage pricing and quotations for customers
- Check stock availability and coordinate orders
- Ensure all orders are processed accurately
- Build strong relationships with trade distributor clients
About You
- Previous experience in customer service or order management
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Manufacturing background is desirable (but not essential)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
