Vision for Education is looking to recruit a dynamic, enthusiastic and experienced Behaviour and Exclusions Manager on a permanent, full-time basis to continue inspiring young minds.
The role is to run the internal exclusions of pupils, proactively deliver the behaviour curriculum through interventions, and coordinate work from relevant subject areas, and completing administrative tasks associated with behaviour and exclusions.
Please note that the post holder will be the sole supervisor. Therefore the ability to work alone is essential. There will of course be other staff in the vicinity. On-call staff will check in regularly during the day.
Hours: 37 hours worked per week, 7.30am to 2.30pm (though the working pattern may be flexible for the right candidate), term-time only.
