Role: Functional Assessor (PIP / WCA) Suitable for:
Registered Nurses (RGN, RMN, RNLD)
Occupational Therapists
Paramedics
Physiotherapists
Pharmacists

Shifts: Monday Friday, 9am 5pm
Location: Hybrid (home & office)
Contract: Full-time

Salary & Benefits

• £37,500 £42,000 starting salary (role-dependent)

What You ll Do

• Assess claimants health conditions via telephone or face-to-face
• Review medical evidence & daily living information
• Complete clear, detailed reports for the DWP
• Conduct 3 PIP assessments or 5 6 WCA assessments per day (depending on pathway)

Training Provided All successful applicants receive a 12-week fully paid training programme, including:

• Assessment & interview techniques
• DWP policy & clinical guidelines
• Expert report-writing training
• Ongoing mentorship & clinical support

No prior assessor experience needed.
Who We re Looking For

• 1 year post-registration experience in adult practice
• Active NMC or HCPC registration
• Confident communicators & strong report writers
• Comfortable using IT and clinical systems
