Job Description

We re looking for a proactive CRM Executive to help our client deliver their CRM strategy, boost customer retention, and support audience development across their venues and ticketing brands.

What You ll Do
  • Support CRM strategy, Hubspot, across UK regional venues and ticket agent brands
  • Drive customer loyalty and lifetime value using data-led insights
  • Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate digital activity for UK venues
  • Deliver personalised, targeted communications (mainly email)
  • Use customer segmentation to improve targeting and performance
  • Provide reporting, insights and campaign analysis
  • Support membership schemes and day-to-day CRM system management
  • Contribute to wider marketing planning
  • Help grow marketing revenue, including ad sales
  • Maintain processes and toolkits for campaign delivery
What You ll Bring
  • 12+ months experience using Hubspot CRM system
  • Strong understanding of personalisation and dynamic content
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Data-driven approach with a test-and-learn mindset
  • Experience delivering great customer experiences across channels
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Collaborative and confident working with multiple teams
