We re looking for a proactive
CRM Executive to help our client deliver their CRM strategy, boost customer retention, and support audience development across their venues and ticketing brands.
What You ll Do - Support CRM strategy, Hubspot, across UK regional venues and ticket agent brands
- Drive customer loyalty and lifetime value using data-led insights
- Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns
- Coordinate digital activity for UK venues
- Deliver personalised, targeted communications (mainly email)
- Use customer segmentation to improve targeting and performance
- Provide reporting, insights and campaign analysis
- Support membership schemes and day-to-day CRM system management
- Contribute to wider marketing planning
- Help grow marketing revenue, including ad sales
- Maintain processes and toolkits for campaign delivery
What You ll Bring - 12+ months experience using Hubspot CRM system
- Strong understanding of personalisation and dynamic content
- Excellent attention to detail
- Data-driven approach with a test-and-learn mindset
- Experience delivering great customer experiences across channels
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Collaborative and confident working with multiple teams
