The Role

As part of the front-line service team, you ll be the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring every visit runs smoothly from start to finish. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working directly with people.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting and greeting customers and identifying their service requirements
• Keeping customers fully informed throughout their visit
• Explaining completed work and ensuring full satisfaction upon vehicle collection
• Liaising with colleagues across departments to deliver excellent service
• Following up with customers after their visit to ensure everything is running perfectly

About You

We re looking for an enthusiastic, confident individual who takes pride in delivering exceptional service. You ll need to be organised, calm under pressure, and possess great communication skills.

Ideally, you ll have previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role within the motor trade.
