Job Description

Our client, a fast-growing B2B services organisation, is seeking a Marketing Automation Executive to join their expanding marketing function. Represented exclusively by us, this role offers the chance to work on high-impact automation and demand-generation projects while developing your career within a supportive and ambitious team!

Based in central Manchester, you'll play an important role in delivering multi-channel automation campaigns, optimising lead-nurture journeys, and enhancing client engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a measurable impact on both acquisition and retention activity!

Day to Day

  • Support the CRM/Automation Manager in building, deploying, and optimising campaigns within the team's marketing automation platform (e.g., newsletters, nurture journeys, webinars, events, gated content).
  • Develop and execute A/B testing plans to enhance campaign performance, segmentation, and audience engagement.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and report on weekly and monthly client and prospect newsletters.
  • Manage automated nurture workflows designed to drive engagement and deliver high-quality marketing-qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support client-communication strategies that enhance product usage and improve retention.
  • Regularly audit and maintain data quality within the lead database, ensuring accuracy, segmentation, and compliance.
  • Support ongoing performance analysis and campaign reporting to inform optimisation and continuous improvement.

YOU?

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Mailchimp) - essential.
  • Proven email marketing and campaign execution experience.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Previous B2B marketing and CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) is beneficial but not essential.

If you enjoy problem-solving, thrive in a collaborative environment, and want to push your marketing automation skills further, this role offers exceptional room for growth!
