- Manage and deliver ground investigations
- Provide technical expertise in contaminated land assessments
- Mentor and guide junior team members
- Produce high-quality reports and deliverables
- Oversee and coordinate on-site work
- Collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
Job Requirements
- A relevant earth sciences or civil engineering degree
- Significant experience in geotechnical investigations and contaminated land assessments (7-10 years)
- Strong knowledge and competence in either ground investigation (GI) or contaminated land management
- Excellent report writing and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage projects and deliver high-quality results
- A track record in mentoring and supervising junior team members
- Ability to balance fieldwork (site visits) and office-based duties
