360 Excavator Operator

Proactive Personnel are currently seeking a 360 Excavator Operator to join our client at a busy recycling plant. This role involves operating plant machinery safely and efficiently to support daily recycling operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a 360 excavator in a safe and efficient manner

• Move, load, and sort recyclable materials

• Conduct daily checks and basic maintenance of machinery

• Follow all site safety procedures

• Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements

• Valid 360 excavator licence (CPCS or NPORS)

• Previous experience in a similar role

• Good awareness of health & safety

• Reliability and a strong work ethic
