team.
This is a standalone position, which will grow over time, and would suit someone with solid end to end experience looking to expand their role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full monthly payroll cycle and ensure compliance with regulations
- Verify timesheets against rosters and resolve any discrepancies
- Process accurate and timely employee payments
- Administer payroll-related benefits such as healthcare, vehicle, and fuel
- Maintain up-to-date payroll and employee records
- Handle queries and disputes promptly
- Prepare and deliver departmental reports
- Collaborate with the on-site finance team and coordinate remotely with HR and service managers
To be successfully considered, you will bring the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, HMRC reporting and compliance
- Confident in handling payroll queries and problem-solving
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using payroll systems and Excel
